I’m going to try posting a weekly children’s Mass bulletin on this blog. If you come across it and think it would be useful, please pass it on and print as many as you would like. If you just want to use certain parts, such as the saint comics or the puzzles, please feel free to do so, but I would appreciate its being acknowledged.
If you would like to have the bulletin emailed to you directly every week, please send a note to email@example.com .
On Mom’s actual birthday, she and Dad and the three little boys decided to do a road trip to the city (a rare event) which ended with supper at a restaurant (an even rarer event.) During the meal Pumpkin was heard to say,
“Wow, Mom! This is your best birthday ever!”
We thought it time to introduce to the younger siblings the delicate matter of modern courtship, and during the discussion we came up with a few of the principles of dating:
-Having a date with someone involves eating a dried fruit (i.e. a date) with them.
-Dating someone is pelleting that person with said dried fruit.
-Being on a date is a sure way to get sticky feet.
-And finally, getting a person to stand on one of the aforementioned dried fruit and leaving him or her there is what is commonly called “standing someone up on a date.”
